Casual/PT Receptionist/Admin support for Allied Health Clinic in Braddon

In this position you will provide front desk and administrative support to our patients and practitioners. You will have:
- Exceptional communications skills: friendly and clear phone manner; welcoming in face-to-face and; proficiency in email and letter communication
- The ability to thrive on being part of a dynamic and innovative small team that values initiative
- A willingness to contribute to hygiene and cleanliness practices in an Allied Health environment
- Experience and knowledge in using Xero (or other) accounting software, this would be an advantage but not essential
- Proficient IT ability as we run our patient management software online
