Your new role
In this role your daily tasks will include;
Providing high level patient engagement
Mentoring staff
Provide administrative support to practitioners
Entering patients' details and scheduling appointments
Managing appointments to maximise efficiency
Updating and maintaining patient records
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
Ability to work with others and autonomously.
Medical administration background is essential.
Works well under pressure in busy environments
Demonstrate strong time management skills
Ability to develop relationships with patients, doctors and staff.
Confidently communicate verbally and in writing
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
