The opportunity
The Vikings Group are looking for an experienced Receptionist who is passionate about exceptional customer service and looking for an exciting new part-time opportunity. The role is for an initial 9-month contract, but may be extended to a permanent role.
As a receptionist for The Vikings Group, your day will consist of being the first point of contact for our Clubs members and guests as they enter the venue, as well as answering telephone and email enquiries. Our reception team are an important part of our commitment to responsible service of alcohol and responsible conduct in gaming, and, while experience in the area is highly desirable, we will provide the successful candidates with extensive training.
Your responsibilities
- Provide memorable Customer Service
- Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Provide Responsible Service of Gaming
- Cash handling
- Managing phone and email inquiries
