Our Client combines a shrine, a world-class museum, and an extensive archive. Its purpose is to commemorate the sacrifice of those Australians who have died in war and to assist Australians to remember, interpret and understand the Australian experience of war and its enduring impact on Australian society.
This position is a Receptionist role and is due to commence ASAP.
Your role is to deliver a fantastic front-of-house experience for our clients, our team and visitors. You will often be the crucial first impression for each and every incoming client, team and visitor contact so the goal is to deliver a professional, friendly impression and a welcoming experience for all.
You will receive client inquiries, requests/queries, and sometimes concerns. New inquiries need to be answered or filtered and directed through to the right service lines of the institution. The goal is to do this correctly 100% of the time, whilst always maintaining professionalism and strong customer service.
The role is a casual assignment and there are morning and afternoon shifts available which run over 5 days per week between the hours of 08.30am and 5.00pm each day Monday to Friday (4 - 4.5 hours per shift).
We ideally would like candidates to be able to work 3 - 4 shifts per week.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU-
- Long term ongoing assignment.
- The Pay Rate for this assignment is $30.10 including casual loading, plus 11% superannuation after 1 July 2023.
REQUIREMENTS-
- You should ideally be an experienced Receptionist or Administrator with strong customer service skills.
- You will need to be able to deal with a wide variety of visitors to site in a professional and friendly manner.
- The role requires a high level of customer service as well as great presentation and communication skills.
- You do need to be an Australian Citizen to work for us on this assignment and also be able to pass a National Police Check.
You would be required to attend a face-to face interview in Hoban Canberra Office, and if successful, you would be required to meet our client on site.
