Our client is seeking a skilled receptionist to join their team. About The Role
This role is a varied one which ensures that you will be kept busy. Primarily you will be providing front desk support in a client facing role. You will also be assisting the broader administration team.  Your duties will include: 

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Manage meeting rooms and setting up of meetings
  • Assisting with client queries
  • General administration including mail and arranging of catering
  • Providing assistance to the broader administration team when required
About You
You will ideally have at least one year of experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment. You will also have the following:
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Ability to provide warm and professional service to clients
  • Ability to multi task
  • Proven experience working as part of a team
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
