I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Receptionist position for a food manufacturing company based in the Burwood region.

Your new role

• Meet and great clients
• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Booking couriers
• Travel management
• Adhoc duties from Marketing etc - postage out samples
• Organising lunches
• Booking meeting rooms
• Assisting payroll with staff leave and attendance
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Monitor and order office supplies

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Previous experience as a Receptionist would be beneficial
• Friendly, welcoming personality
• Experience with Microsoft Suite software
