Looking to swim at the beach while on your lunch breaks? We're looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team right on the beach front of paradise.
With 8 Doctors on staff, this busy clinic is looking at bringing on a permanent full-time receptionist to be the front line of service in an exciting and thriving east coast location. With the work load currently shared amongst a combination of receptionists, this clinic is looking for someone to take the lead as one of the sole receptionists from Monday to Friday.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced receptionist, preferably in a GP practice
- Strong understanding and command of Best Practice Software and other medical administration systems
- Knowledge of WorkCover, Medicare & Private Health Fund billing
- General medical admistrative duties
- Liasing with Doctors and other medical professionals
- Friendly, understanding and professional worker
- Someone looking to settle into a busy practice for the long term
