Job Description
We are currently looking for a customer service superstar to join our Front Desk Reception team on a full time basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, this busy role will include;
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
- Managing and directing calls on a switchboard
- Onboarding new patients
- Booking patient appointments
- Assisting our Patient Care and Support teams with general administration tasks such as scanning, data entry, photocopying, filing, archiving etc
- Liaising with Doctors, Geneticist's, Counsellors and key Nursing and Patient Support staff
- Logging patients into our system for morning bloods and ultrasounds where necessary
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with strong customer service and administration experience for this role. You will have excellent communication skills, a warm empathetic manner and enjoy dealing with people face to face.
