As we expand our team, we're seeking a vibrant and driven individual to fill the role of Front of House in our Belconnen office. Forming part of our Customer Care Team, as the first point of contact for the business, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our bustling reception desk and ensuring seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with a team of two other receptionists to efficiently handle incoming inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
• Welcoming and assisting both walk-in and over-the-phone inquiries, ensuring every client feels valued and attended to.
• Safeguarding the proper handling and distribution of keys, prioritising accuracy and security.
• Contributing to the maintenance of a professional and well-organised office environment.
• Providing administrative support to our Property Management and Sales teams to uphold smooth day-to-day operations.
