Forming part of our Customer Care Team, as the first point of contact for the business, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our bustling reception desk and ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with a team of two other receptionists to efficiently handle incoming inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
- Welcoming and assisting both walk-in and over-the-phone inquiries, ensuring every client feels valued and attended to.
- Safeguarding the proper handling and distribution of keys, prioritising accuracy and security.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a professional and well-organised office environment.
- Providing administrative support to our Property Management and Sales teams to uphold smooth day-to-day operations.
