About Us:
Little Hands Occupational Therapy is a thriving local private practice that provides therapeutic support for children in Canberra and surrounds. We specialise in supporting children aged 0-6 with high and complex needs or developmental delays, and their families.
Our current team is 9 Occupational Therapists, 5 Allied Health Assistants plus our management team. We are looking for a new receptionist to complete our team. We are extremely passionate about working with children and providing a quality service to all families. We are an easy going, fun and friendly team who regularly get together for social catch-ups and getaways!!
About the role
- Permanent ongoing position – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.45pm
- Receptionist/Administration assistant
- Belconnen location, free parking

About this position:
This is a position that would involve joining our current admin team and becoming our front desk receptionist/administration guru. This is the hub of our practice and we are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a willingness to help and a knack for organisation. In this role you would be assisting clients, therapists, and our management team to ensure everyone is feeling looked after and supported. We are looking for someone who is proactive, committed, honest and doesn’t mind a chat with their colleagues.
Must haves:
- Great customer service skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft software including outlook and excel/word)
- Exceptional time management skills
- Able to work well independently and in a the team
- Previous admin and/or receptionist experience
