Key Responsibilities:

• Extend professional and warm greetings to clients and visitors upon their arrival.
• Efficiently handle incoming calls, screening and redirecting them as needed.
• Maintain and oversee the computerised phone system, including managing staff diversions and after-hours contact redirection.
• Forward emails received at the main company address to their respective recipients.
• Offer administrative assistance to the team whenever necessary.
• Aid in the coordination of internal events, including setup, catering, and procurement.

Skills and experience needed:

• Experience in Microsoft Office suite
• 2-3 years’ experience in a receptionist role within financial services 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills and adeptness at swiftly learning new software
• Demonstrated initiative and responsibility in previous roles
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
