The position, but not limited to:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Managing the switchboard and dealing with any inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees
• Managing office stock
• Assisting with adhoc administration

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in the real estate/property/strata industry is essential
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management
• Possess a level of high attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with all colleagues
