About The Role
The role of our Receptionist is to provide a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for members, guests and clients via phone and in person. This role is also responsible for maintaining reception foyer area, training rooms, office and kitchen supplies.

Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in a professional manner.
- Answer and refer enquiries to correct staff across multiple business units.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area and foyer.
- Oversee the Meeting Room booking calendar and ensure boardrooms are tidy and stocked.
- Issue and ensure cleanliness of training equipment at reception, including tablets, headphones and keys.
- Assist when available with setting up internal events including lunches and morning teas.
- Ensure cleanliness and daily restocking supplies of multiple kitchens.
- Maintain and organise adequate stocks of common stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Order stationery and kitchen supplies as required.
- Co-ordinate deliveries and mail in / out of office.
- Check incoming deliveries and send completed approvals and checked off picking slips/invoices to Accounts.
- Maintain Reception Procedure Manual and Internal Phone Directory.
- Ensure correct sign in procedures for visitors / contractors are followed.
- Process EFTPOS payments from customers, either over the counter or phone.
- Liaise with Accounts on daily/monthly EFTPOS settlements.
- Handle the sale, stocktake and printing of residential and commercial contracts.
- Provide admin assistance across the organisation where required.

- Previous Reception experience.
- Customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Initiative and will-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can work in a team and autonomously.
