Key Duties:
- Provide reception services, including answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner;
- Interpret callers' requirements, redirect calls to the appropriate area and respond to straight forward enquiries;
- Greet guests and visitors;
- Manage meeting room bookings;
- Manage security passes;
- Process incoming and outgoing mail; and
- Any other duties incidental to the above.
