The Role
The Back in Motion – Mentone team is seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our team. Our clinic specializes in physiotherapy, massage therapy, and Pilates, offering comprehensive care to our valued clients. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for our patients.
Hours:
Mondays 8am-2pm and Tuesdays 1pm-8pm plus additional cover when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle client enquiries and provide information about our services with professionalism and accuracy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records
- Collaborate closely with therapists and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of client care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred

- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
