Job description

Receptionist required for a public practice accounting firm based just on the Southside of Brisbane.

Our client are currently seeking a Receptionist who is professional and outgoing. As the first point of contact for our customers and employees the receptionist facilitates exceptional customer experiences and first call resolution across a range of inquiries.
Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for customers, contractors and employees
  • Working closely with Office Manager and administrative team and maintain confidentiality of commercial information
  • Assist with the setup of meetings and events
  • Organise catering
  • General administration tasks
Skills required:
  • 1-2+ years experience in a receptionist role (desirable)
  • Experience in a Customer facing position - Must Have
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Suites skills
