We are looking for someone to join our team to be our front of house.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries/directing them to the relevant staff members
- Dealing with face-to-face customers
- Taking details for insurance claims
- Creating invoices
- Filtering through/following up estimates to be invoiced
- Data entry
- General administrative duties

- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Experience in iBody Shop is preferred
- Previous knowledge in insurance claims is preferred
- Full time role Monday-Friday availability is a must. Optional Saturdays
