Where you will be working… Conveniently located close to public transport, our large, well-known corporate client has got a fantastic temporary opportunity available! To start 15 February until the 28th of March 2024, you must be able to see through the duration of the contract.
What you will be doing…
You will be a valued member of this team and be the backbone of the office. Duties will include:
- All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
- Calendar management
- Ensure the office space is clean and tidy
- Greet all clients and customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Assisting contractors with safety inductions and enquiries
- General administration
You will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience performing in a reception / administrative environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, proactive and organised and have great communication skills.
