We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrator / Receptionist to join this fast-paced and growing team. A fantastic opportunity to be part of a second office expansion and contribute to the success of this close knit team
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative and marketing tasks could also encompass some leasing administration while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Manage communication via email and phone, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.
- Perform general day-to-day ad hoc tasks as required.
- Maintain clear communication to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or Personal Assistant role
- Real estate experience preferred but not essential
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
