Position Type: Full-Time

 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrator / Receptionist to join this fast-paced and growing team. A fantastic opportunity to be part of a second office expansion and contribute to the success of this close knit team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and marketing tasks could also encompass some leasing administration while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Manage communication via email and phone, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.
  • Perform general day-to-day ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or Personal Assistant role 
  • Real estate experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
