Working with a friendly and dynamic team, this NEW role will be the face of our Front of House in our Workshop facility in High Wycombe.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated Receptionist/ Customer Service / Admin Superstar to be the face and warm voice of our company.
As the first point of contact, you will be enthusiastic, mature-minded and well presented.
You will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to make decisions, keep motivated and be highly organised.
This role is full time, working 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Fri. Your role will be multi-faceted with no 2 days the same, so the ability to multitask is a must!
With your sound knowledge of MS Office, you will be the central point of all our day-to-day ins and outs.
The Role
- General reception duties
- Be the gatekeeper for visitor Sign in’s and PPE allocations
- Maintain office supplies, restocking kitchen and stationary items
- Manage corporate travel bookings
- Assist with Boardroom bookings and meeting arrangements
- Update weekly operational dashboards
- Manage admin email in boxes
- Support the OHS Advisor with data entry tasks
- Support AP / AR Processing functions
- Raise Supplier PO’s
- Organising staff functions and monthly social events
- Maintain company contact register and document control registers
