Qualifications & experience
- No industry experience necessary or Certificate IV in Real Estate
- Strong computer skills & experience with Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Positive, 'good energy' attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong time management skills & attention to details
- Motivated to improve & grow (with our support)
- Preparedness to listen, learn, work within a team & contribute
- Respect for and willingness to follow business policies and procedures
- Current drivers license
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones in a timely, professional and welcoming manner
- Greeting clients in a professional & friendly manner
- Daily mail in/out & general office duties
- Coordinating keys for property management & sales properties
- Assist both Property Management & Sales team with administrative tasks
- Assist with property online marketing and sales processing
- Other various tasks as directed throughout the course of a work day
