Fisher Brothers Electrical are looking for a Full time Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our team.
Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.06pm (38 Hour week)
Our company provides domestic and building services throughout Melbourne, we are a fast paced electrical company that is continuing to grow and focuses on providing a professional and reliable service to all clientele.
We are looking for a hard working, reliable and confident Administration Assistant to support our growing company.
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to assist with but not limited to:
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Schedule jobs for over 20 crews using Geo Op Booking system
- Action emails
- Quoting & Invoicing - MYOB (AccountRight)
- Ordering Stock
- Purchasing/Docket Reconciliations
- Certificates of electrical safety
- Scanning plans
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Provide exceptional customer service
This position requires an Office all rounder to assist administration in the day to day activities of the company.
You must be reliable and willing to work to the best of your abilities at all times. This is a fast paced office and the ability to multi-task is a must.

Skills and experience
- Experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel
- Basic MYOB experience preferable (AccountRight)
- Experience in the Electrical Industry is an Advantage
- On the job training will be provided
