An exciting opportunity has become available in the Australian branch of the business for an experienced Receptionist to join the team. This role will also have a heavy element of office administration and assistance to the finance team. The Responsibility
In this varied role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting visitors in a friendly yet professional manner;
- Adhoc tasks such as answering phone and email enquiries;
- Complete the lifecycle of travel arrangements, including transfers, flights, accommodation etc;
- Invoicing using the SAP HANNA 4 system;
- Managing internal events and catering;
- Ensuring the office is presentable at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Administrative role. You will be reliable, self-motivated, and take initiative to ensure the business is running smoothly at all times. You need to be friendly and approachable, understanding that building and maintaining stakeholder relationships are vital in this role.
