Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience scheduling tradesmen/technicians and or managing work flow preferred, however if required training for the right applicant will be provided; The ability to work well in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and accuracy;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers; Strong problem solving and time management skills; Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team; Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Prior experience with Xero and SimPro is ideal, training also provided Good knowledge of MS Office software and computer skills; You must be a permanent resident - we are unable to accept applications from those on working visas.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones and responding to client enquiries Basic data entry of work orders Ensure a high-level of customer service through effective responses to enquiries
- Coordinating servicemen schedule and materials for projects Operating and managing SimPro software Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Advertising and marketing, Stock management Other administrative duties as required.
