AddressFeel to Heal Psychology are looking for another receptionist to join our FTH family in Deakin. Everyone is valued in the FTH family and we value open communication,kindness, and a dedication to client welfare.
The right person will have a great nature, an eye for detail and be a warm and welcoming face as people arrive, to fit the ethos of our practice.
We are looking for someone for 2-3 days a week from Wednesday to Friday.
Duties:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries;
- Processing payments using Tyro, Stripe and Medicare
- Scheduling appointments and meetings using appointment booking software
- General administrative duties
- Light cleaning duties keeping the waiting room tidy
- Confidentiality is key in this role
Selection Criteria
- Excellent skills with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Warm personality and calm manner both in person and on the phone
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to work in a busy environment and efficiently multitask
- Organised, resourceful and able to problem solve
- Attention to detail
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in a medical/allied health environment is an advantage
- Previous experience processing private health and Medicare claims is an advantage
- Power Diary experience is an advantage
