Form of workWe're currently in search of an experienced Receptionist to provide temporary coverage for an esteemed financial organization located in Melbourne CBD for the week of the 29th May as well as a few hours on the 26th April for a handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests
- Efficiently handling and redirecting phone calls
- Managing and setting up meeting rooms
- Ensuring the upkeep and presentation of internal meeting spaces
- Coordinating catering requests in collaboration with suppliers and meeting hosts
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as needed
