Kew General Practice is a family-orientated medical practice offering a range of medical services to the local community. Our entire team possesses genuine empathy and compassion for our patients and a desire to deliver an exemplary level of care. The environment at the Practice is truly enjoyable working within a cohesive and respectful team. Kindness is bestowed upon our established patient base, helping to guide them through a sometimes-complicated medical landscape and a welcoming and knowledgeable reception is an integral part of our offering.
Previous experience in medical reception, while preferred, is not mandatory. What’s more important is a positive attitude, a pleasant disposition and a real interest in delivering the best possible patient experience at all times. Some familiarity with IT systems and Microsoft products would be well regarded.
