About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the stunning and vibrant Melbourne office. This role is perfect for someone wanting to continue or join the corporate environment, it would suit a polished, customer orientated professional who is eager to excel in a prestigious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients
- Provide impeccable service to clients and stakeholders
- Answering phones / email inbox management
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms
- Assist with event coordination
- Provide administrative support when needed
The role would suit someone coming from a customer orientated environment (Receptionist, Hotel Concierge, Flight Attendant, Super Yachts etc). You will have a polished presentation and the confidence to engage with senior professionals in a corporate setting. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service will align seamlessly with this position.
