- Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
Duties of this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made- we are human after all
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Make Service Appointments via phone and email
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Co-ordinate transport for Customers to and from the Dealership
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Sales Manager
