Bold Psychology is a small private psychology practice providing high quality intervention services to individuals, couples and groups. We aim to support a variety of presentations with a particular interest in neuro-diverse clients and children.Our practice is a warm and welcoming environment for staff and clients alike.
Qualifications & experience
- A customer service focus is essential to support your reception and administration duties.Knowledge of Medicare and NDIS systems is highly regarded.Experience with clients with disabilities or mental health diagnoses, Mental Heath First Aid training (or willingness to undertake) is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- From the first contact with clients, to the day-to-day administrative tasks, your important role is to welcome clients to our practice and support their therapeutic journey to be as smooth as possible. This role includes client intake, appointments, invoicing, rebates and office maintenance.
