Capital Legal is looking for an enthusiastic team orientated individual to join our office. The key focus of this position is to provide a professional and memorable first impression to which they can make the position of reception their own.
Main Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Welcoming clients, walk-ins etc as first point of contact;
- Answering and directing incoming calls;
- Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail / courier deliveries
- General admin support;
- Maintaining a presentable office;
- Plus any other ad hoc duties.
Skills & Experience
You will need the following attributes to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role;
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Knowledge of general administration duties;
- Prioritise and multitask;
- Take great pride in their appearance and work;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Be adaptable and a quick learner;
- Be an excellent team player;
- Customer service skills;
- Ability to use discretion and initiative when dealing with confidential matters.
