About the Role
Join our Administration team, delivering customer-focused service at the Hospital Front Office. You will also:
Perform administrative tasks such as customer inquiries, switchboard operation, bookings, filing, bed moves notation, health fund checks, patient admissions/discharge and reporting.
Provide high-quality customer service to staff, patients and families.
Maintain effective interpersonal relationships and collaborate within the team.
About You
Success in this role requires professional administrative skills, ideally with health industry experience.
You will also bring;
A positive and welcoming customer service skillset
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
Experience with patient management systems (Meditech) will be highly regarded
Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded
Demonstrated experience working within a Medical setting
Entry level receptionists or customer service individuals are strongly encouraged to apply for this role.
The flexibility to work a rotating roster, weekend and public holiday availability is essential. Reception hours are 5:30am-10:00pm, 7 days per week.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $31.36 + casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
