Duties include:
Main Point of Contact for Office – Front of house to greet internal & external guests
- Administrative Assistance
- Diary management
- Email management
- Coordination of travel
- Information preparation for Executives
- Assist with international visitor coordination when required
- Ad hoc administration as needed
- Project work as required
Office support- Catering for whole office events
- Cleaning and tidying of the office: meeting rooms, dishwasher, kitchen, fridge clean
- Local building maintenance management when the Property Manager is unavailable
- Catering for team events
- Inductions for employees
- Offer support to the broader Service Support team when needed
Reception- Reception cover 8.30am – 5.30 pm
- Point of contact at reception
- Courier ordering and Australia Post mailing
- Parking request coordination
- General office announcements
