Hourly Rate: $35.00ph + super
Location: Naval Base, WA
- Immediate start - Temp to Perm position
- Local position based South of Perth
- 5 hours per day with flexibility to work longer hours when required
About the client and position:
Are you a reliable and personable individual looking for a receptionist role? Look no further! We're currently seeking a receptionist to join our client's team at their Naval Base facility.
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Manning the front desk
- Attending to reception duties including answering phone calls.
- Distribution of incoming mail and posting of outgoing mail.
- Coordinate facility repairs such as organising contractors.
- Assisting with various administrative duties
- Coordinate staff functions such as morning teas, monthly BBQs, Executive lunches etc.
Benefits:
- $35ph + super
- 7:30am start
- Temp to perm position
- 5 hours per day with flexibility to work longer hours when required
Skills and Requirements:
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in a reception/administrative role.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Exceptional organisational skills and understanding of customer requirements.
- Experience with Pronto, Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint (desired)
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
