Receptionist

Rod Glover Legal is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual, who is passionate about playing a pivotal role as the first point of contact and front of house representative. 

This is either a full-time position working 9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday or alternatively a part-time position working 12:00pm – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. 

Your exceptional interpersonal skills and polished demeanor will ensure that every client interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the welcoming face and professional representative of an esteemed law firm.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Manage reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and client support.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, archiving, and typing of documents.
• Anticipate and fulfill client needs, demonstrating attentiveness and proactive assistance.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and client matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Dedication to providing exceptional service and creating a positive client experience.
