The Position:
The Receptionist/Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining efficient office operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position involves managing administrative tasks, including answering incoming calls, ensuring office supplies are well-stocked, and implementing efficient systems. The role also encompasses IT support by ensuring compliance with disaster recovery plans, managing AV equipment, and liaising with IT support for issue resolution. Additionally, the Receptionist/Office Administrator assists with HR functions, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees. This role's success hinges on exceptional communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

About You:
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at our Brisbane CBD office.
- Tertiary qualification/s in a related field (desired but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in an administrative/Office Administrator role within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and interactions.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and exercise sound judgment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders contributes to a harmonious work environment.
