As our receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients, the successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills and immaculate personal presentation.
The successfull applicant will have the following skillset:

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
- Computer skills sufficient to create and update professional documents and spreadsheets
- Great spelling and grammar skills
- An eye for detail
The duties involved are:
- Reception duties including;
- Answering telephone and attending to client queries
- Mail – both paper and electronic
- Ordering of stationary
- Filing - paper and electronic (incl scanning)
- Supporting Client Service Coordinator as needed
- General office duties
Part time or Full time role, tailored to the right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.
