The Client
Our client is a long-standing Real Estate Agency located in FUNKY & MODERN offices in the western suburbs. They are highly regarded within the Real Estate industry and they now have an opening for an experienced Receptionist to join their first-class team.  

The Role

  • Opening & closing the office, directing & managing a busy switchboard
  • Taking enquiries from clients & tenants
  • General administration to the property management & sales team
  • Managing stock control, banking, mail & couriers
  • Maintaining the key register & window boards
  • Updating rental lists & coordinating home opens
  • Receipting rents, advertising & sales deposits
  • Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc
The Successful Candidate
  • Experience within an office environment (Real Estate industry experience would be preferred but not essential)
  • A confident personality to manage enquires professionally
  • Corporate presentation as you are representing the agency
  • Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail and high-level initiative
  • Sense of humour and a TEAM PLAYER
