Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable holiday experiences? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to fill our seasonal receptionist role. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their journey starts and ends with a splash of excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist customers during boarding and return formalities, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere from the get-go.
- Navigate the waters of payment processes with ease. Manage customer payments seamlessly, ensuring a stress-free financial journey for our guests.
- Collaborate in establishing daily and weekly departure schedules using our cutting-edge Neptune reservation software. Keep the Neptune database shipshape by updating customer and cruise information daily.
- Provide expert advice on itineraries, share exciting tourist information, and distribute satisfaction questionnaires for valuable feedback.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception desk and facilitate smooth communication between the quay and the reception area.
What We're Looking For:
Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication abilities, and a pleasant telephone manner to interact effectively with our guests at our desk, over the phone and via emails too.
- Understand the unique needs of each guest and tailor your suggestions accordingly, ensuring a personalized and memorable journey. Align with our mission to provide outstanding customer service and actively contribute to achieving the objectives of the base and the company.
- Navigate through Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ease, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Also good with other booking systems (Neptun).
- Join hands with your fellow crew members to create a harmonious and welcoming environment. Work together to ensure every guest feels the warmth of our hospitality.
