About you:

Our Reception is the first point of contact for our clients, business associates and consultants, and will play a vital admin support role in our operations team. Due to our growing business we require a second Receptionist to provide superior care for our clients and business.

Ideally, we’d love someone warm and friendly, a team player with excellent people skills.

Someone who can multi-task, manage time well, is proactive and shows initiative to jump in and help when needed.

You’ll need a professional manner and the ability to stay cool, calm and collected when things get busy.

We’d also like you to have:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in office and diary management.
  • Experience with AV / IT facilities (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience with software programs including Microsoft Suite, Calendly, DocuSign, (we’re happy to teach you some of these if you’re the right candidate).

About the role:

Your role will be diverse and will include the following:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for all clients and stakeholders, both in person and via telephone.
  • You’ll meet and greet clients on arrival to the office, including offering refreshments, in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • You’ll manage the booking of client meeting rooms.
  • You’ll assist the Head of Office Operations with ad-hoc administration tasks and the Executive Assistant with special events and staff functions.
  • You’ll manage our inbox and all incoming and outgoing mail, both electronic (Docusign) and postal.
