Global Cardiology, a leading privately owned Cardiology practice in Western Australia, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Medical Receptionist / Secretarial Support to join our team at the West Perth Clinic on a part time basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels with efficiency, friendliness, and courtesy.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Scheduling and organizing patient appointments, running the clinics and handling invoicing / receipting processes.
- Collecting and accurately entering patient information.
- Creating and managing theatre lists, and coordinating with hospitals when necessary.
- Providing Secretarial Support for procedural bookings, including liaising and managing theatre lists with hospitals.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Experience using Health Track software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with initiative.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to take direction to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
- Pride in work and productivity, especially when serving patients in need, with flexibility during times of high demand.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- Availability to cover sick and annual leave as needed.
