SalaryWest Perth ENT is a small specialist practice seeking an enthusiastic, friendly addition to our team with an immediate start, part-time Monday - Wednesday. As we are a small team, the successful candidate will need to be willing and flexible to help fellow staff members when needed in all areas of day to day running of the office. And most importantly will need to be a team player.
Experience/Duties
All areas of reception duties
Have worked with Genie and have a good understanding of the program
Medical administration experience is preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills
Follow instructions as given
Liaising with patients, referrers and other medical staff in a professional manner
Needs to be flexible to cover annual/sick leave where possible
Qualities
Bright, engaging personality
Reliable
Honest
Genuine
Friendly to all staff and patients is a must
Multi-tasking, problem solving skills
Willingness to learn
