There is an opening for those seeking part time work as a receptionist in an Allied Health Clinic, based in Ormiston. Currently we are offering one position of 15 hours per week, with some increase in hours possible within the next few months.
The Practice
Achieve Exercise Physiologists is a family run business that has been in operation for 14 years. We have a varied client base including DVA, Medicare (EPC), WorkCover, Corporate Health and NDIS clients. The practice is a Multidisciplinary team of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Dieticians. The philosophy of the practice is to provide the highest quality of care to patients in a professional, busy, and pleasant work environment. The Position
The successful candidate will be required to efficiently filter phone calls, liaise with Medical Centres, process payments and data enter. Computer skills are essential, and experience in allied health would be helpful. You will be well supported by our administration manger, allied health directors and practice managers; with necessary training provided.
We are looking for a reliable someone who has a pleasant and caring disposition, a professional manner with excellent communication skills, who has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds. Attention to detail and organisational skills are a must and the successful applicant will enjoy working in a team environment, be an enthusiastic problem solver and be seeking longer term employment. This position would suit an applicant with previous experience working in medical/allied health rooms.
