Westgate is seeking an experienced Receptionist for our 90 bed aged care facility located in Newport. The Role will be Mon - Fri 9am - 3.30pm.
You will be the front face of our facility, meeting and greeting visitors and attending to enquiries over the phone. You will have a friendly and approachable manner, be flexible and adaptable, as well as be able to work in a fast paced environment.
You will also be responsible for administration work such as maintaining our database, filing, archiving and assisting with other administrative duties as required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in reception and in administration duties
- Understanding of current COVID restrictions & protocol relating to Aged Care.
- Current Victorian Police Check
- Proof of COVID Vaccination and Flu Vaccination.
