Receptionist

We are a mid-tier Strata Agency with 3 offices across Sydney. This role is located at our Head Office in Ultimo and we are seeking a friendly, motivated and well-presented receptionist to assist our team and provide first level support to our clients.

We offer a structured induction program and career development. We enjoy an additional day of leave for our Birthday, are a short walk to Darling Harbour and have free gym access.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
• Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Daily sorting of ingoing and outgoing mail
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Provide administration support 
• Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and courteous manner
• Maintenance of reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen

About You:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Efficient and highly organised
• A strong level of customer service
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Immaculate personal presentation

Knowledge of the Strata Industry highly regarded but not essential.

Able to work unrestricted in Australia.
