We are a mid-tier Strata Agency with 3 offices across Sydney. This role is located at our Head Office in Ultimo and we are seeking a friendly, motivated and well-presented receptionist to assist our team and provide first level support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
- Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Daily sorting of ingoing and outgoing mail
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Provide administration support
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintenance of reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen
About You:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Efficient and highly organised
- A strong level of customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Immaculate personal presentation
Knowledge of the Strata Industry highly regarded but not essential.
Able to work unrestricted in Australia.
