We are pleased to announce that an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced, motivated Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team on a permanent full-time basis at our Brookwater office.

The Role

You will be responsible for the smooth running of our office assisting our Wills and Estates / Conveyancing and our Family Law Teams.  You will be the first person to meet and greet our clients on the telephone and in person. Other duties include:-

  • Monitoring incoming emails;
  • Responding to new client enquiries;
  • Maintaining the central calendar for client appointments;
  • Collection, opening and scanning of incoming mail;
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail register;
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies;
  • Maintaining safe custody documents / register;
  • Assisting with opening of new files;
  • Archiving files;
  • Entering General and Trust receipts;
  • Attending to banking when required; 
  • General office duties including maintaining kitchen and offices including boardroom 

To be successful in this role you will require: 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Reception or Administration role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail while having a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional client focus, ensuring everyone is provided with a professional service
  • A professional manner and appearance 
  • Excellent people skills as you will have direct client contact
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also the ability to work unsupervised
  • Fast accurate typing skills

Remuneration is negotiable in accordance with experience.
