About the business and the role
Established Accredited, Fast paced General Practice located at Pooraka S.A has a great opportunity for a Casual Medical Receptionist with similar role experience to join this team. The team consists of Registered Nurses, Administration staff, General practitioners, Physiotherapist and Podiatrist.

Duties Include:
Provide excellent customer service
Meeting and greeting patients in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
Answering incoming calls
Booking appointments for patients
Retrieving and scanning patient notes
Flexibility to cover staff for sick leave and holidays
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
High computer skills and previous experience using Medical Software
Good experience with Pracsoft/ Medical Director (software) would be an advantage
Processing Medicare Ezyclaim/ DVA payments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a busy environment
Excellent telephone manner
Only with Previous experience as Medical Receptionist needs to apply
