Qualifications & experience
- Accountants Enterprise Practice Management experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven administration and reception experience with an accounting firm
- Excellent communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Front Desk and reception duties - Meeting and greeting clients and redirecting phone calls.
- Database Management.
- Collating Tax Returns and Financial Statements.
- Supporting the Accounting Team as required.
- Liasing with the ATO and ASIC as required. Includes familiarisation with ATO and ASIC Portals.
- Facilities Management - such as stationery and printing orders.
- General administration support - filing, scanning, copying, collating, binding etc.
- Electronic mail to clients for E-Signature
