Job description

Thorne Constructions is a family owned and run business looking for an office support role to help develop and grow the business.

There will be a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include.

  • Phone Calls, taking messages and follow-ups
  • Data Entry
  • Administrative support
  • Assisting our team as required
  • Greeting of clients, reps & deliveries
  • Document management

Skill Set and personal attributes required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Adobe 
  • Excellent time management/organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
