- Phone Calls, taking messages and follow-ups
- Data Entry
- Administrative support
- Assisting our team as required
- Greeting of clients, reps & deliveries
- Document management
Skill Set and personal attributes required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Adobe
- Excellent time management/organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
