We are a Hydraulic Sales, Service & Repairs company located in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast. We are currently seeking a bubbly & outgoing Receptionist/administration assistant to join our team!
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reception – directing phone calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding to relevant staff.
- Greeting customers
- Data Entry – Invoices
- Booking in repairs
- Electronic filing
- Allocation of parts to customer’s job cards
- Stationery order when required.
- Assist other team members when required.
- Management of emails and forward to relevant staff.
Requirements for this role:
- Drivers Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
